Facilitating ****me

I called Altech last week regarding the company they associated with YAPYAP and all they could say was that i need to contact the same company that i told them i cant get on the number they provided and they not willing to assist me with refunding my money even though they facilitate the debit order. I think this company is working with YAPYAP to ****me people.
