When cancelling they treat you bad

I'm very disappointed with the behaviour from altrack employees, yesterday I received a call from from someone I can't remember the name informing me that he is next to one of my vehicle and he want to remove tracking unity in my vehicle(he sounded drank), I told him that I can't allow him as the arrangements was not made with by his office how will I know that he is from Altrack. He was not happy about that, than he said that's not his call all he knows is that his been sent to de install, I told him how will I know I can't allow stranger, than he was angry he drop the call. Than he call on a private number and told me that he can do as he want, my vehicle is loading now and he will make the vehicle unloading and two he will have access to my vehicle one day and I must know I won't be there to see what he is doing to the vehicle. Few minutes later I received a call from my driver saying the vehicle won't start. I was confused than I remember the guys words I called altrack office spoke to a lady who told me that the vehicle has been cat off. And she asked if I didn't call in to instruct them to cut, I said no please open the vehicle. She said she will I must inform the driver to start the vehicle, few minutes still the car won't start, I called again than she told me that Mavin will give me a call, I called again few minutes later she told me that Mavin is working on my vehicle is must wait. I called again that's when I had her calling Mavin saying the client has called again. Thats when Mavin give permission to her to open the vehicle.

Just because I refuse to give a strange permission to my vehicle they decided to punish me. after I spoke to stranger I called the office and ask them if they could make an appointment to come and do de-installation at once to all the vehicle. We agreed on to be done on Wednesday the 8th.

It was not the first time this happen. A stranger call and said he is next to my vehicle he want to de install, I phoned the office and make the arrangements for, but on the day they did not come, it was that week where there was storm in Durban, I thought thats what hold them up. Than on the 1st of November I cancelled the last vehicle is had with them, than 02 nd they do this to me, just because I had no business with them.

What make me cancel was the service has dropped,(sometimes you called no answer, the vehicle will sit for 2month with a faulty unit they will say they have booked Yorkshire vehicle) two there's a report that I want and they can't give me. I even assisted them to get right. I was still thinking that when they improve their services in would go back to them.

How can I refuse them to take devices because they useless to me, and it dangerous to me because they say they have de installed but they open it anytime they want. My vehicles are not safe.

I think they doing this becase I am a woman.

Why Mavin was working on my vehicle without my knowledge, and why as the device was supposed to be off and I have no business with them except to remove the device. Off which they don't peach on the appointment date. They will come an expected. I lost two loads on the day plus airtime. R400. Regards to their behaviour.
