Poor service from Altrack fleet management

Never ever do business with this company, the staff is rude from management to admin as well as their customers service center..... Very unprofessional.... I had to sleep on the road inside my car awaiting for them to come and check something on their tracker... Please try alternatives as am writing this review my car is still locked, I had to cancel my trip yesterday because of them... When I complain their senior manager take as if he was never taken to a business management training.... He even assured that am not going to be assisted. Poor service delivery , poor customer service and very unprofessional. All I want is their tracker to be diactivated from my vehicle so that I can opt for an alternative.
