It's impossible to cancel their contract

It's almost impossible to cancel a contract with altrack... It's been a month now since my vehicle was hijacked and they ddnt even bother to send a recovery team but luckily my driver managed to flee with the keys of the vehicle... I also had CarTrack on my car and atleast they bothered to come see if we were safe.
