Altrack

<p>Im very dissapointed in Altrack,I always pay my premiums every month,but I havent received any call from altrack even automatic call since the 7th of June,I called them earlier today,they couldnt tell me wheres my car because apparently there is network problem or disconnection of wires,but they failed to inform me since the 7th,I chose altrack because I thought they were different,they take pride in what they do,clearly I was wrong.My question is if I were to lose my car now or get hijacked,whos going to pay if you dnt find it.Im not going to pay full payment if I dnt get answers.</p>
