Typical Bad Call Centre Behaviour! Terrible attitudes and refuses to adhere to POPIA requests to stop calling! Landile knows nothing about the ABSA product she is supposed to 'sell' and Amos, her manager knows even less about the POPIA law which enforces them to adhere to a customer's wish to remove them off the call lists! Jeremy, their manager has to this point not even contacted me yet and none of their phones are working when you do call them since they put the phone down numerous times in my ear!
