You WILL LOSE you deposit

You Will lose your deposit, gauranteed. I moved into a place with existing marks on the wall where holes have been fixed by previous tenant, not painted. I took care of the place as if it was my own. Fixed holes, fixed taps and gave the place back in a better and cleaner state Tha received when I moved out. Then these clowns wanted to keep my deposit because of the marks that was there before I moved in, even though it shows on the pre inspection and a massive debate they did not give a flying fark and just gave me back half of my deposit. My advice, DO NOT WORK WITH THESE PEOPLE they are dishonest and greedy.
