Avoid this property agency like the plague! Their incompetence knows no bounds. They shamelessly fabricate stories of imaginary interested parties to pressure you into signing the contract. They promise that all your concerns will immediately be attended to e.g. repainting of walls to remove dirty marks. All electrical concerns will be fixed before you move in. As soon as you sign, you are *****ed. They keep on lying with one promise after the other that never comes to light. Don't fall victim to their web of lies and deceit.
