Refusal to Pay Rental Deposit - Altiru Properties

I rented an apartment with Altiru Properties and my lease agreement ended on the 30th of November 2021. I have been chasing them regarding my refund of R5 950 and they only responded to me yesterday via Whatsapp to say that my refund is R381. The response came after i endlessly called one of their property agents Jurg Schoeman. They sent me a reconciliation and some of the deductions do not make sense i.e cleaning of cupboards, curtain rails and lights. Please assist me to get my refund.
