Deposit refund
I rented with Altiru properties for almost 3yrs at Midrand unit 43 Broadwalk and I juss moved out of their property, they only paid half of my deposit and they do not even explain where is the rest of my money I've been trying to call the owner Francois but he refuses to pick up my calls... He's not even responding to my messages, I'm very unhappy bcoz I've rented with them for too long to be treated like this. I want my money.

13 Nov 2019, 11:52All deductions were fully justified. The tenant was essentially unhappy that we deducted R750 repair costs for the sliding door which they had repeatedly damaged despite being shown how to correctly use the door. The calls we didn't pick up were all made before 7am.
