BAD SERVICE & *****

Good afternoon,<br> <br> I have a complaint against a company that installed a so called Off the Grid Solar system for us. My elderly parents Mr. & Mrs. Benn, live on a secluded small holding outside of Brits. <br> The installation took place about ( 10th September 2015) and it has been a nightmare from the beginning. The system is not functioning correctly. The products he quoted and invoiced them, is not the same as supp****. Jacobus charged them for top of the range name brands, but the products installed differ.<br> <br> They were also promised by Mr. Jacobus Cilliers that they can go totally off the grid, which was a blatant lie. Now thanks to Jacobus, my parents are sitting without electricity on on a small holding in the outskirts of Brits. needless to say they are sitting ducks for the ******** element. He got paid cash and simply left two pensioners at their own mercy. My parents have lost all their food in their fridge and freezer,I require your urgent assistance please. My parents are pensioners and they used their last savings to install solar and now they have nothing. Please stop these fly by nights and show Jacobus that opportunists like him will be held accountable.
