Alternative Energy (Pty) Ltd

This is an online Solar company. Their website was www.alternatenergy.co.za. It is now www.energyalternate.co.za. I bought 6 x 540W Solar panels. Thabo was very helpful in giving me bank details etc. But when I followed up on the delivery after payment, there was always an excuse why it s delayed. I then spoke with Melusi who said it is coming. Eventually they stopped taking my calls and dont answer emails. I found out that their address which is supposed to be 18 Escallonia Street Montana 0182 Pretoria South Africa

is actually not true. No-one who works at the business complex knows them. Alternative energy has a VAT no and is an officially registered company, but it is a ****. Maybe they are using someone else company as a front, but I have not received my panels yet
