Can deliver as agreed

Due to a real bad service that was supp**** and a job not completed based on the below events. • They confirmed that the sealing would take place on a set date as agreed • On the specific day they arrived late after I had to phone and to confirm seeing that no one confirmed, which is actually how client service works • The surface was washed and then when dry they app**** slush (colour slush) • Then one of the gentleman indicated to us that no they don’t seal on the same day, which I was shocked; as that is not how I understood it and what was agreed to take place. • Based on the above, I sent the mail to the relevant email available about this, seeing that no one answered the phone and the person that oversees this “project” also does not answer their cell • I then went out of my way to make special agreement , by which they confirmed on mail to come do the job, • On my arrival at home I found the workers waiting for a call as they ran into problems. • After struggling to get hold of someone. Some called back and trying to explain in short they made a bo bo . • I was told they will get back to me the same day as they understand it must be done and no one come back till today • This is not customer service and I don’t think I was unreasonable; in actual fact, from the start going I was very patient till now with them
