A partner in business sold me car, broke after 12 weeks, He advertised on gumtree as a mr harris Car was sold it to me through Bargain Auto finance house - I hope they did check this car after 4 weeks brake pads needed replacing and he tried to charge me for this After 12 weeks car was taken in, it sat there over 12 months Bargain Auto and 1 Stop refused to pay The entire engine needed replacing I found out I was the third owner only this year 1 stop told me there was a leak, nothing I could of done. 1 stop reported these temperature thermostat faults to my innovations insurance provider. Yet the told BARGAIN AUTO SOMETHING DIFFERENT REGARDING WATER NEGLIGENCE "they say that is why it overheated" NO QUOTE EVER PROVIDED TO ME 1 stop assured me they would be fixing the car... this is the last communication received from them. After returning a courtesy vehicle which they said was a trade in although I found an invoice in the car stating it was their rental vehicle. I returned it due to my concern of roadworthiness after a cop inspected the vehicle and informed I should let them know. I tried to initiate an agreement with Bargain Auto as they are the listed seller, under the CPA I am entitled. They called in an RMI assessor to override my insurance assessment? They then told me if I use my legal aid to come fetch the car (store it where? towe it?) They toldme R200 per day will be charged if I do not collect I did not hear this from the workshop 1 stop as 1 stop blocked me and did not inform me of storage costs or any costs, they said it would be done all through insurance They stripped my engine 2016 july/august and parts thrown on my leather seats, sitting there over a year now I received a bill for 58k including labour costs which were not agreed upon at any stage we paid 20k to get the car released the day before release the window was smashed car delivered to me still in ruins and half the value I am in debt,diar straights and need this review up to warn others Iam devastated by this event, I have paid the bank about 45 thousand and 20 in storage fees, the car is in ruins and I owe the bank 200k , if anyone can help me PLEASE 0 - 7 2 35 6 0 1 87
