Altech nod service sucks

I sent a message two weeks ago regarding their ******* substandard equipment and no reply. The equipment is still ******* and their content is old and not updated. I am going to cancel my subscription to them and pay more for DSTV. They must do what ever they want to. Obviously I am not important enough to them to simply follow up on a complaint. I will also be advising all who ask to not touch Node with a barge pole.
