Worst service and random unexplained billing

Horrible customer service, they raised an invoice on a random date and it leaves me with bank charges. They have no care in the world and when cancelling their product they tell me abn obviously debit out their 30 day waiting period so they can obviously debit me again for the month. They have not provided an explanation of why I was debited randomly and frankly they couldn't be bothered.
