Worst customer service!

I wish I saw these bad reviews before signing up with this pathetic service. I've been struggling since February 2019 to cancel this subscription but to no avail. I've even been to a Cell C shop but their system was offline and couldn't help me, really!! It's been more than a year of phoning, sending emails and pleading and they simply cannot cancel this. I've threatened and warned them but still nothing. I'm fed up! I will never recommend anyone for this service.
