VERY DISAPPOINTED at the cancellation process

I had called in to cancel this service 2 months ago , i was advised in November that the service will be cancelled and will not be debited again in December , I called in again to find out why they haven't cancelled i was advised to calm down the cancellation department will only be open on the 7th ...This is utter ******* as they asked for their 30 day notice which i has adhered to but cancelling the the service is a problem. Very Dissapointed.
