Usless customer service

If I could give a minus I would. I did not request this service and yet I can't get them to cancel. Was told I have to give 30 days notice. For whatt I did not ask for this,,, going on 4 months now and its still not canceled. Bunch of useless a holes. Quick to take my money, but you can't cancel.....
