Unable to cancel subscription

<div>I have been trying to cancel my subscription from Nov 2023. I will call Nd cancel sometimes they will put me on hold until they hung up, other times I will speak to the agents then they will say it's cancel, no sms confirmation sent. Just their word. But they still debit, when I call again they will say it has been cancelled from Nov but nooo, they are still debiting. I've had enough of cell c and getmore...they are false advertising their products.</div>
