Unable to cancel my contract for months

I have been trying to cancel this contract for months, every time I phone I'm being promised a back which never happens, all I keep getting is a sms for someone trying to call me but I am not receiving any calls!! I am being debited every month for a service I want to cancel but can never get through to the cancellation department. Horrific service!!
