Unabe to cancel my subscription

I have been trying to cancel my subscription for 4 or 5 months now. I call to cancel and then they tell me someone will call me back but that does not happen. My last reference number wis ***. It is so easy to join but when you want to cancel it is impossible. Also I never used it once because their app never worked. Worst company ever. Not Happy at all
