Trying to close Netstar account with absolutely no luck!

I canceled my contract with Netstar almost 2 years ago and still they deduct money every month. I started to return the deduction back to my bank account. Now i am being hassled by Hybrid collections. How the hell does that work. I have 16 emails and proof of payments that i bought my contract out.

This to me is a ******** offense because after going through all the trouble of closing the account they still deduct from my account. I am fed up with these *********** people!!
