Trouble cancelling Getmore service

I have phoned to cancel Getmore approximately a year ago, but I have still been paying for it all along, it was never cancelled. I understand the notice month, but even after the 30 days it has been deducted monthly. Recently I have phoned Getmore on ***, but it said "number does not exist". So I have phoned Cell C customer service to assist and she transferred me to their direct line, and nothing, the call ended. I phoned Cell C customer service a second time and the same thing happened. After the "transfer" the call ends. So what is wrong? And why does it have to be difficult? I am now even more concerned after reading other people's struggle with Getmore. Help me to cancel it please. I am not using it and I don't want it. E-mail: *** Number: ***
