Thanks Thina and Thembi for the awesome great service today! I took off one star though because I think it's a bit ridiculous that cancellations aren't put through immediately. Apparently (according to another agent this morning) they tried to call me after I cancelled and I didn't pick up so they didn't process the cancellation... it's kind of wack that we have to beg for a cancellation. Would've loved to get my money back in the process but that's a battle for another day. Anyways, even though I've still been paying until today, at least I got sorted by two very helpful ladies who assisted in about 10 mins this afternoon.
