Terrible service!!!!

Am soo dissatisfied with services from cellc I called in to cancelled the damn get more last year November, and a agent her name is Thembekile called again to say I can still used for a month even I have cancelled but since November I cancelled and you guys are still taking my money without my permission!!! I have been calling since last week for my refund but no one is really helping but you debit without being late please refund me within this week!!!!!
