Terrible customer service for cancellations

I have had a bad experience with the service of Netstar Go. I tried to cancel my subscription for the service since February 2024, till today they have not cancelled it but they keep on debiting my account every month. I have called and sent emails to no success. Their agent said I should give them 30 days notice for the cancellation to go through but they have continued to take my money though I had requested to cancel the subscription. Horrible service that they are offering their customers and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
