Shocking Service

I am still trying to have this cancelled since 30 May 2022. I was originally given a reference number and informed that it would be cancelled, but still not. I have called in 6 times since then to find out why they are still debiting my account, and each time I get put on hold while they are apparently transferring me to the cancellations department. Nobody ever picks up and the phone eventually cuts out. I have even sent an email but have had no response. The service is shocking and I would not recommend that anybody join!
