********, ******** people. Cell c get rid of these people

This Getmore247 is ******** people, I canceled it last year and still this year they are debiting. It's been 11 months of them debiting without my knowledge, I called today spoke to the consultant called Lindiwe, she said Neo called me on January to not cancel and I agreed. How come while they don't call their clients. I want my refund and Cell c better get ride of these ******** cause they will lose customers because of them.
