Requesting getmore to be cancelled

Yoh this poeple are to good at all with customer service. For months I've been trying to cancel this service on my contract. The contact centre us not helpness. All they do is transfer your call and you'll be on hold long periods to the point you'd hang on. All I what is getmore to be cancelled and contract to continue. Getmore for me is useless.
