Refusal to cancel policy.

Struggling to get the nonsense cancelled. Useless customer care, the people who are supposed to call me back for the cancellation have been calling me back for the past 4 months always have to go to the bank to reverse their debit because I have written emails I have called but my request always fall on some useless persons desk. Any call you receive from Netstar don’t even wait to hear what they are selling just hang up.
