Reap off

I have a contract with cell c, they gave my info to Getmore who called and got me in a useless contract. Few months later, I called to cancel it cos I didn't see the useful of it. 18 May I called cell c and they transferred me to Getmore which I then canceled my subscription. They still debited with cell c as one package that I couldn't dispute cos it was one Debit Orders. 4 months later, and after 3/4 calls, am still debited for both Cell C and Getmore. I just can't escape this ish. Pls help. I want my refund since may!!! Cell c is selling us to third parties who r sucking us dry. Last person I spoke to at Getmore was a lady called Penelope who was rude AF. Told me that it got prolonged cos they couldn't reach me with just 1 CALL. I mean they tried calling me once. This ppl r reaping us off. I didn't want them to call me, just cancel the stupid useless subscription.
