Poor service and empty promises!!!

On the 23rd of March, I contacted get-more to terminate my contract and I was told that the matter will be escalated and I will be contacted withing 30days. 30 days passed and no one called me, I texted them again towards end of April and got the same response. Early this month, I received my statement indicating that I will have to pay a fee again this month and I contacted them reminding them that I asked for termination of that contract and I was told the same thing, Till today I haven't received a call and my money keep getting deducted. All I want is my money back and the contract to be terminated. That's all
