Pathetic service

I called in October to cancel this service. To date, the service has not been cancelled and still appears on my Cell C invoice. Yesterday a manager by the name of Mpho Skamane promised to follow up on the matter and provide feedback. She also promised to email me all correspondence, I am still waiting. This is absolutely pathetic service. You should know that TCF is to be app**** when dealing with clients.... Nonsense!!!!!
