PATHETIC , HORRIBLE CANCELLATION

Please cancel my subscription with immediate effect, I gave a you a a chance to see this service in April. End of May I called to let you know it's not going to work for me and since then my cancellation is till pending, WHY??? I am sick and tired of you and your pathetic service.
