I contacted them with regard to cancelling my monthky subscription as I did not use the services. I was told that I had to wait a month as it was a 30 notice period. I received an email advising me that my request was sent through to the cancellation dept and that they would contact me to cancel 2 months down the line my subscription is still being added to my cellphone. NOT IMPRESSED
