Not able to cancel subscription

After not using the service for more that a year I canceled my subscription in feb 2019 understanding that there will be a 30 day cancelation period. After reciving my bill in the start of april i loged a query as to why I was still being billed for the service. Cell c responded with that it was not canceled. In short never register with getmore247 you will not be able to cancel no matter what you do.
