Nightmare to cancel Getmore

I cancelled Get More 2 months ago and I was told that it will be cancelled in 30 days, i called several times, seeing that the Get More subscription continues to be added to my Cell C contract. I would be told by a consultant that they're putting me through, then the call would be cut off. I logged into the website and I chatted to a consultant who told me that someone would call me back, I received no call. I find this very irritating because I really want to cancel this service. It serves no purpose to me. Please help.
