Netstar go useless customer service

Netstar go customer service is useless. I have been dealing with a lady and she had told me they would sort out the account within 24 hours. I have been calling in every month since April and now they tell me they have to verify if I have been paying. I have not received a call from the manger as promised I even told them I wanted to use the benefits over the weekend as I was going on holiday and the response was they apologize it will only be sorted out early next week. Pathetic service and what's even more annoying is the person who was suppose to be dealing with my query said she is the one that will note my complaint as there is no specific email address for complaints we have to give our complaints to the customer care service. I even asked for the managers name she gave me the name only B..... and refused to give me the surname saying they not allowed to give out the surname. I am really disappointed with the service being received from NETSTAR GO.
