Netstar Go Customer service

I have cancel my contract with Netsar 3 months back but Netstar Go, wherever they still deducted the premium monthly up until now. When I contacted them, they said they will contact but no one called me until now, I decide to call them and they ask me to send them statement so that they can refund me but until now I haven't received my refund and when you call they will say someone will call you but no one has call me until now.
