NetsarGo Cancellation :URGENT

I've received the most frustrating, disappointing and unprofessional services from these people.. They're services are usless to say the least.. I had signed up with them in June, when they did not deliver as expected to cancel the subscription at the end of July, they have been ignoring my emails, after sending me an email saying they will look into it, even up to now they have been debiting my account. We're in November now and nothing has been done, I send emails every month to remind them but instead, they ignore every time..

I'm sick of them.. I'm considering taking a legal action against them..
