Liked Getmore but not this latest request

I have used Getmore in the past and was quite impressed with the turnaround time and how thoroughly they found the information for me. this time around I asked to find a club for my 5 year old where she could learn new skills e.g. Vortrekkers/Guides. I quickly googled but needed more info and as I pay for Getmore I thought I'd use their services to call and forward me info. I followed up a couple of days after my request and said I could have just done it myself and they said they need to research the safety of the places they suggest which is fair enough. it was a couple more days still and I just got the same pdf download from the site - I needed the area of the clubs and times and dates etc. As I said, in the past they really went all out but this time I was so disappointed.
