Lack of prioritization on Cancellations

I have a bad experience with the service from Netstar Go as it is useless, they never deliver on what they promised on sign up. I tried to cancel the subscription since 4 months ago till to date they haven't cancelled and keep debiting (*****ing my money since i cancelled). I have called and sent emails to no success countless times. Horrible service that they are offering their customers and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. I am very ****ed with Netstar Go
