Impossible to unsubscribe

Dont ever sign up for this. Iv tried to cancel it over a year and they kept saying g an agent will call you back as there are non available now but today after 1 year of contacting them it finally was cancelled. I had to be rude over the phone to the agent and forced them to cancel it immediately .my advice to everyone that's trying to cancel it, ensure inform the agent that you are not willing to wait when trying to cancel. Iv paid R59pm for over 12months and never used the service.
