Impossible to Cancel – Customer Service Runaround

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. You will regret subscribing to Netstar GO. They never follow through on calls, their cancellation department is like a black hole, and their customer service skills are non-existent. I'm amazed they're still in business with the way they treat people. I've been trying to cancel my subscription for two months now, and it's been a nightmare. Save yourself the headache and choose a different company.
