*******ly want to charge me for a service I cant use or cancel.

I've only ever found the movie discounts for sterkinekor beneficial to my needs, I tried using Nu Metro, but its really far so not beneficial as I can also use clicks for discounts, so tried to cancel my account but was made to feel like my request wasnt going to be accepted and had to accept to continue paying for the service even though I dont use it. I eventually stopped the debit order from my bank as no one would accept my cancellation request.

I occasionally get an alert to make a payment but every time I tried to log in to make a payment Im told my account is no longer found, so I've been cancelled on their side, but they still want money.

Talking to Lizane now on chat, she says even though I dont use the service but still accepted to use the service as explained above, Im liable for payment, but for what??? They cant prove I've used the service because they've blocked me from using it, and wont cancel until I've paid for their invoice EVEN THOUGH I DONT USE IT!!
