I need my money back that was ****** from my account by GetMore.

I am really not certified with the response that I have received from the company the call GetMore 247 after they have deducted my money from my cell c account without my permission. Last years I phoned them to cancel this thing and they promise to do so but they never do that. Today 12/09/2019 at 10:00 I made a call to them Paul was the person who assisted me and I was not impressed and certified with the response that he gave me at all, when I told him to cancel this product and refund my money back he rep**** and said he can not do both of them it's either it's a cancelation or not but they can't give me my money back.
