HASSLE WITH REFUND!!!!!!!!

I cancelled my getmore last year November but in 2018 you still deducted from my bank.I have called since February 2018 requesting my refund, i was informed i'll get my refund end of March i didn't get it i called April i was informed i'll get it end of April i still haven't received my refund. CAN I PLEASE GET MY REFUND BACK I've even considered coming back to getmore but the runaround you giving me is not giving me any joy. Please call me with POSITIVE feedback(after 5 or on weekend) because i will not wait for month end to get my refund.
