GetMore247 very poor customer service

This company must not get even a 0 star, they don't deserve it, their service is poor and Cell C must remove their products, l cancelled this service on 17 July and l still received a confirmation with a reference number but they still charge me for it, l even sent a whatsapp on *** no one response to you. Why must l as a customer beg to be assisted. They are useless
