GETMORE247 refuses refunds

I bought 2 vouchers for a movie that couldn't book a ticket for, the vouchers are unused. Ster kinekor wasn't showing the movie as per the kiosk anymore on the day in question. I want to get a refund for the vouchers but Getmore247 refuses. they keep saying "9.4.6. Any booking of tickets is not refundable. " but I never bought tickets so this doesn't apply. there is no reason for a company to not take a return on an unused item. this goes against the consumer act.
